Welding workshop
Sheet metal and metal stamping production workshop
We have various welding equipment such as arc welding, CO2 shielded welding, oxygen welding, welding rod welding, impact welding, laser cold welding machine, and stud welding machine, which can be combined with different welding processes for production at any time, ensuring that the quality of products and processes meet customer requirements.
The use of six axis high-precision CNC bending machines such as AMADA and WORKMAN, equipped with various specifications of bending knives and guide grooves, ensures the accuracy of the bending process, effectively guaranteeing the accuracy of the formation of related structural components and ensuring the accuracy of the entire machine assembly.
Sheet metal and metal stamping production workshop
The workshop is equipped with 3 fiber laser cutting machines (with widths of 1500 and 2000MM), 2 CNC turret punching machines (with widths of 1250 and 1500MM), 1500 sets of different specifications of CNC turret punching molds, 1500 * 4000 CNC grooving machines, 6 six axis CNC bending machines, 5 ordinary punching machines, 2 110 ton medium speed continuous punching machines, 3 CNC riveting machines, 3 CNC tapping machines, CNC pipe cutting machines and other sheet metal equipment.
Welding workshop
Equipped with three independent welding workshops for plates, pipes, and automatic welding, it is convenient and effective to arrange production according to different product characteristics. The welding workshop has strong production flexibility.

The spray painting workshop is equipped with one oven and a set of spray painting assembly lines with seven spray rooms, which have all the equipment required for the spray painting process, ensuring the corrosion resistance and surface color requirements of the produced cabinets.

The oven can process three-dimensional workpieces with a maximum size of 2500 (width) * 3000 (length) * 2500 (height),

The spray coating assembly line can process workpieces with a maximum specification size of 600 (width) * 3800 (length).
